BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU ARE IN FULL ACCEPTANCE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU WISH NOT TO AGREE WITH ANY TERMS BELOW, PLEASE EXIT THE WEBSITE. SUPREME ELEGANCE TRANSPORT RESERVES THE RIGHT, TO MODIFY OR UPDATE THESE TERMS. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY SUCH UPDATES.
On-Time Guarantee:
If we are 15 min late, your ride is covered up to $100. Qualifying customers must reserve at least 48 hours in advance. Excludes weather delays or traffic jams.
Reservations:
Supreme Elegance Transport urges our clients to reserve a vehicle in advance ( no additional charges apply ).
No-Call / No-Shows:
If you do not see your chauffeur at the scheduled destination and time, call our office at 917-975-3254. If you leave without calling, you will be billed for the full price of the booking (no-show fee). If our office does not hear from you, we will instruct the chauffeur to wait up to 30 minutes at the scheduled destination and up to 60 minutes at the airport.
After multiple call attempts you / contact person, the chauffeur will be instructed to return to base and you'll be billed for a " No-Show " which will be the Full Price of the ride plus any fees.
Damages From Your Behavior:
If there are damages or other issues arising out of your booking, Supreme Elegance Transport will charge for repairs or cleaning to the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party's behavior. You also agree to pay all the related fees to return the vehicle to its normal booking condition.
Credit Card authorization:
When booking a reservation, we place a pending charge to guarantee available funds. All receipts are sent via E-mail.
Hourly Rates:

Vehicles must be booked for a 4-hour minimum to qualify for hourly services ( Weekends & Holidays may vary ) please call or email to confirm. The hourly rate is calculated based on the time the vehicle is scheduled to be picked up in the 5 boroughs and when the vehicle is returned.

Prices vary based on date. For graduations and weddings, reserve early as possible for the best rates.
Disputes:
Corporate accounts: Charges will be invoiced and due upon receipt.
Disputed invoices should be scanned and sent to detrice20@hotmail.com ( disputed items should be highlighted ). All disputes submitted after (7) days are considered final and non-refundable.
Individual accounts: All charges applied to the client's credit card are valid unless we receive an objection within (5) business days from the charge date. We urge you to make a copy of your statement and send it to us with highlighted disputes. Any dispute submitted after the time frame will be considered final and non-refundable.
Collection & legal fees:
In the event you dispute the payment with your credit card company ( after you have used and enjoyed our services ), you agree to pay any legal, litigation, and accounting fees in order to collect payments due to non-payment.
Interruption in normal travel:
Scheduled booking are a set price you pay in advance from point A to B, if you need to make any unscheduled stops for any reason please give us a call to request pricing.
Interruptions based on " courtesy stops " such as briefly stepping out of the vehicle for a few minutes to purchase a beverage, magazine, or any other reason will not incur in additional charges. In the event a longer or multiple stops are made stop charges will be added to your invoice. Also, picking up additional passengers will incur stop charges.
Meet & Greet:
Meet & Greet Airport Service is offered at no additional charge. In the event parking is not available and you're running late, our chauffeur will then need to pay a parking meter ( if incurred ) will be billed to your executive account or credit card.
Our chauffeur will be instructed to meet the passenger ( you or your client ) by the baggage claim (Assisting with their luggage) or by the exit with a sign that has his or her last name on it, the chauffeur will then gladly escort the passenger to the vehicle. This package comes complimentary for clients who are coming in from a flight.
Gratuity & Tips:
A gratuity is appreciated ( if you feel services went beyond your expectations ) after your scheduled booking.

Holiday and Severe Weather surcharge may be applied to trips occurring on:
New Year's Day -- Memorial Day -- Labor Day -- Christmas Day -- 4th of July -- Thanksgiving Day
